Clean and orderly. Equipment rather sparse but sufficient. There was Mett for breakfast (5/5).

A bit old, but very clean and romantic ...

On the occasion of a birthday we invited a small group to lunch. It took almost 30 minutes until everyone had their first drink to toast. At the salad buffet the egg salad was finished before the main course. After we comfortably left the other two tables at the buffet, there was unfortunately no longer a choice for everyone at the buffet. No wonder, since a guest gave the best, I always take something more and then pack it up for tomorrow. It was always refilled at longer intervals, but patience was called for for the last ones. Then you could only take what was brought. It tasted very good. Definitely the waiter (an older gentleman) would have needed help at times. He was very friendly but overwhelmed. Maybe the concept should be reconsidered. I gave it four stars because the food was very good and certainly have to be compromised in times of Corona.

Unfortunately a bit "getting old" ... but a nice view of the Siebengebirge. The many dead insects in the women's toilet were very unattractive.

Were invited to a family celebration. Beautifully decorated room and round tables with "corona spacing". Appetizer and dessert served at the table. Soup served at the buffet. Heat containers for meat and side dishes spaced apart. All dishes extremely tasty. Very good and friendly service. In a word: satisfied!

The hotel is in a very idyllic location on the edge of the Siebengebirge. We booked this hotel for a hiking weekend, the location is perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the very quiet balconies is also very good. Unfortunately, the hotel is getting old and a bit shabby. For us it was absolutely sufficient and we felt comfortable. From here you can take a nice hike through the mountains and walk over the Drachenfels to the Rhine.

Clean, tidy, good service and also late for late coming guests a room. I am very pleased.

I booked the hotel on the basis of a business appointment. The hotel itself is very welcoming and the welcome very friendly. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The location is very good. On the one hand, the cities are easily accessible which is great for business appointments, but also located near a forest, so you can find relaxation after work. A very nice hotel which one likes to visit.

Beautiful hotel on the Rhine. Great food, nice staff. A nice starting point for hikes and city tours. The staff arranges the day on demand. We got extensive maps and tips, what we must have seen. Very gladly again.

Fantastic hotel with great location. It is on the one hand nice and quiet location, so you can start directly from the hotel for hiking tours. On the other hand, you are also very fast in the city of Bonn by car. We had a nice and clean room. The staff was friendly.

The staff met us very friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. We spent only one night here but would have liked to stay longer.

The location and the view is very nice. The lunch buffet was versatile and tasteful. It feels like the ambience and the opponent back in time. It was very beautiful. Thank you very much for the great time at Haus im Hagen.

Breakfast is OK. The whole hotel is unfortunately stuck in the seventies, it smells in the whole hotel after nursing home. It should perhaps be completely renovated, or must. There are cheaper ones in the area which are better. I'm sorry but really not recommended. Maybe for old people who like to have their peace and want to feel at home. But the staff are very friendly the work there you have to leave.

Nice hotel, decent rooms, quiet location. You can not expect much but okay for 1-3 nights. Breakfast is good and relatively much choice. Decor is very old but pretty clean. Location is nice, in the middle of nowhere but easy to find, on a hill with good views!
